Keeping a Properly Detox Diet

During our lifetime at some point each of us has to keep a diet.

The mechanism of accumulation of toxins and negative effects of this phenomenon is hard to avoid it.

Our environment is overloaded by toxins that enter into the body by food and water and through the air inspired.

Even our bodies produce toxic metabolic waste.

Properly nourished body eliminate these toxins naturally through the lungs, skin, kidney and large intestine (colon).

Unfortunately, over time, due to illness, poor eating habits and other factors body depurative slows down and the toxins start to accumulate.

Where are the toxins coming from?

Toxic food full of E’s (food additives);
Fruits and vegetables with pesticides;
Meat with hormones; Fish contaminated with mercury;

Recreational drugs: tobacco, coffee, alcohol;

When is the best time to do a detoxification?

The detox diet can be done at each change of the season or at least every 6 months.

The body needs 1 to 2 weeks to eliminate the toxins.

During detoxification is necessary to have the will and respect a strict diet based on liquid, raw and natural products specially designed for this purpose. Along with diet it is recommended several measures that will perfects this process: walking, massage, sauna, reflexology, sports.

Recommended foods

Fruits salad; dried fruit such as raisins, figs, dates, apricots
Whole grains, nuts, seeds (roasted) peanuts (roasted
Raw vegetables (especially green vegetables) in the form of salads or brewed
Honey 1-2 teaspoons a day (instead of sugar)
Green tea instead of coffee to energize
Juices (prepared in house) and herbal infusions
Cold-pressed olive oil added to salad
Sana or occasionally kefir

Forbidden foods:

Fried foods
Canned or smoked foods
Do not eat meat
Sweets; sugar
White bread, pastries
Do not drink tap water.

It is mandatory to consume 2 liters of mineral water every day. During the Detox Diet, drink herbal tea specifically designed to eliminate toxins.
