First you need to know your blood type and only then you should find which diet is the best for you. There are four known blood types: O, A, B and AB.

Blood Type A: People who have blood type A should follow a vegetarian diet . Even though it’s pretty hard to stay away from meat, try to go directly to soy products and other vegetarian foods.

It is particularly important that food to be eaten fresh. Thus, people who have blood type A should eat vegetables, grains, nuts, tofu and seafood. When you want to lose weight, avoid at all costs meat, dairy and wheat products. On the other hand if you want to you put a few pounds on you, try to eat soy products, pineapple and vegetable oil.

Blood Type B: People who have type B blood type can choose a middle path. Because they have a good and tolerant digestive system can easily have a healthy body. These people should stay away from wheat, corn and lentils.

They can eat meat (except the chicken), cereals, vegetables (lots of beans), fruits and dairy products. When you follow a diet, you should avoid peanuts, wheat, sesame, lentils, seeds and buckwheat. If you want to gain weight, you need to consume venison, eggs and tea.

Blood Type 0: The good news for people who have blood type 0 is that they can eat more meat. Unfortunately, these people are vulnerable to hypothyroidism. A healthy diet should include meat, fish, vegetables and fruits.

However, it is advisable to avoid grains, vegetables and beans. When you keep a diet, you need to beware of lentils, cabbage, corn, cauliflower, mustard and wheat berries. If you want to gain weight should consume seafood, salt, red meat, spinach, broccoli and kale.

Blood Type AB:  This blood group is considered the sensible one. A healthy diet for this group should be based on plant foods, but can also consume seafood or dairy products. These people should be aware that the size of meals is very important.

They can eat without problems meat, cereals, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, vegetables, tofu and seafood. In general there is no food to be avoided, but in a diets you should avoid wheat, red meat, seeds, buckwheat and some beans.

To earn some extra pounds should eat pineapple, tofu, dairy products and green vegetables.
