 1] The grapefruit diet

The diet will last 1 to 2 weeks.

Breakfast:  Eat one grapefruit on an empty stomach, and a coffee and no sugar.
Lunch: Eat 1/2 grapefruit, 1 boiled egg and a salad with lemon
Dinner: Contain 1 grapefruit ,1 boiled egg , lettuce and a low fat yogurt.

DO NOT EAT bread or sweets and do not drink alcohol.

2] The kiwi diet

The diet is recommended for weight loss and also to add vitamins and fiber.

This diet is recommended because may prevent cancer, cataracts, heart disease diabetes and may slow the aging process.

Eat 200_250 g kiwi before meals or mixed with cheese and row celery or carrots, for 2 weeks.

3] The watermelon diet

Characteristic of this diet is that the breakfast is the same for every day during diet.

Day 1

Breakfast: Eat a slice of watermelon, one slice of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 100g boiled beef, 150 g of rice with tomato sauce and a slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 40g of cheese a slice of toast and a slice of watermelon.

Day 2

Lunch: vegetable soup, 100g boiled beef with one boiled potato.
Dinner: 100g of fish grilled, and a slice of toast and one of watermelon.

Day 3

Lunch: 40g spaghetti with tomato sauce and any quantity of watermelon.
Dinner: a vegetable salad, and a slice of watermelon.

Day 4

Lunch: a bowl of cream soup vegetable, 50g of boiled chicken breast with a slice of toast and a slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 1 boiled potato with herbs and any amount of watermelon.

Day 5

Lunch: 150g of fish and rice with tomato sauce.
Dinner: 50g rice with mushrooms and tomato sauce, and a slice of watermelon.
