Fall is almost here, so it is time to take advantage of the autumn fruits. It is the right time to replace your favorite spring and summer fruits such as cherries, peaches, strawberries and nectarines with the autumn fruits.

In fact, this season comes with plenty of fruits full of nutrients, antioxidants and many other substances that may help you to lose weight.

1. Grapes

They are white, red or black with small or large berries, sweet or not too sweet. Actually, it does not matter. They are all a close ally in your fight against fat. Despite having a high content of sugar, grapes are low in calories and can be eaten without problems, any time during the day.  If you have a problem with cellulite, you should try a grape cure because these wonderful fruits contain a powerful antioxidant named “Resveratrol”, which can quickly improve your blood circulation and break the fat cells. – 150 grams of grapes.

At dinner, you can eat:

One pear contains no less than 15% of the daily-recommended amount of fiber, so make sure you will have these fruits to any meal.

3. Plums

Consumed in moderation, but daily, plums help you to lose weight. They are very low in calories but rich in fibers. They are low in calories but high in fiber and “sorbitol”,  which helps the human body to metabolize slowly. So, they act as a natural laxative, helping to detoxify your liver. Plums are high in iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. It is highly recommended to drink plum juice before every meal. It will decrease your appetite and you will eat less.

4. Quinces

Quinces are by far the fruits that give the best results in an “autumn diet”. These incredible fruits are low in calories, so they are suitable for any diet. Quinces are also, high in fibers, stimulate the toxin elimination and prevent the assimilation of fats. Experts say that, unlike other fruits, quinces retain their nutritional qualities even after being cooked. Therefore, quince jam and honey have the same beneficial effects as raw fruits.
