Lunch: Broccoli braised in olive oil with tomatoes and onions.
Dinner: Broccoli braised in olive oil with garlic and pepper.

Step 3 – Days 5, 6

Breakfast: Broccoli Salad with a low concentration of fat and boiled beef (100 grams)
Lunch: Boiled Broccoli (200g) – boiled maximum 5 minutes in boiling water
Dinner: Boiled Beef (150g) with salt, 1 cup of water

Step 4 – Days 7, 8

Breakfast: Cooked Broccoli (100g), Unsweetened Black Tea 91 cup), eggs (2).
Lunch: Broccoli Soup (Chicken Soup with 100 grams broccoli, salt and parsley).
Dinner: Rye Bread (2 slices), Cooked Broccoli (100 g), tomato (1), Tomato Juice (1 cup)

Step 5 – Days 9, 10

Breakfast: Cooked Broccoli (100 g), salt and Cooked Carrots (2)
Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (100 g), salt and 100 grams of boiled fish
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled broccoli with salt and Boiled Potato (1).
